Meljo is a family business; our company name is an amalgamation of the founding members, Johan Dyssel & family. It all began where Johan Dyssel the founder of Meljo Enterprises lived out his passion for the industry with great support from his family. We began our journey to bring innovation to the food manufacturing industry; in a tiny garage with a family of three.
Fast forward a decade later. We have expanded operations across Africa, erected two export approved custom blending and co-packing plants, established ourselves as a trusted functional ingredient supplier and helped countless businesses improve their formulas. As well as value engineering & re-engineering of existing products.
